Our gym space, separate from the reformer studio, offers a private training environment for both 1:1 personal training sessions and small group strength classes (max 6 people). Work directly with a personal trainer and certified nutritionist for fully tailored sessions focused on your individual goals. For those who prefer training in a group setting, our small group strength classes provide a supportive and motivating environment while still maintaining personalized guidance. These sessions can be booked through membership credits or as casual classes, giving you the flexibility to train in the way that suits you best.
